i have been using charcoal nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste bits. charcoal is an abrasive but nano hydroxyapatite is an enamel builder. but still i think the twig brush is the best, but i have yet to buy it again cause you need a lil knife to trim it down to bristles for teeth.
